First, I'm SOOOOO excited that Kane and his wife are expecting their first baby BOY!!! Congratulations to them! Second, Paul and I got on the topic of salmon patties this Morning and he couldn't believe I eat the bones when making the patties! Growing up, that was what I looked forward to as my parents cooked them and now, I've passed down the tradition to my kids! I hear it's great calcium! LOL And it's not like eating regular fish bones!
