Word quickly spread that Luke Combs was suing Nicol Harness of Pinellas, Florida for $250,000 for selling unofficial merchandise with his logo in her Amazon store. Harness sells custom tumblers and t-shirts to help with medical costs due to suffering with congestive heart failure and she unfortunately learned about the lawsuit when she got locked out of her Amazon account. Nicol wasn't the only one blindsided... so was Luke Combs!!! This man immediately made calls to find out how this happened and then personally called Nicol to apologize. Luke didn't just apologize... after learning she had $5,500 held up in her Amazon account, he doubled the money and sent her $11,000 AND made his own tumbler to sell with proceeds benefiting her. Luke went on socials to clear the air and shared that he does have a contract with a company that takes legal action against large international corporations that sell fake merchandise using his name and image but was sick to learn that this woman was being sued. Take a listen to what he had to say - it'll make even prouder to call him a CAROLINA GUY because man does he have the biggest heart in all of country music! (click here to see his reaction)
