Paul Schadt & Sarah Lee's Pet of the Week: Wiggity Wags

Meet Wiggity Wags who is looking for his forever home. There are so many things to love about our Wags. First, he's got those adorable fold over ears (which sometimes fly straight out to the side) and beautiful eyes. He's always a happy boy and absolutely loves toys! It is so cute the way he throws his toys up in the air and runs around like he has the most valuable treasure in the world.

When he sees his favorite people, he just about folds in half from wagging so much! It will likely come as no surprise that his nickname is Wiggity Wags. He loves treats too and will sit like a statue to earn them. Wags really is a sweet boy and yet he has spent the last 2 years waiting for his forever family. That kind of waiting takes a toll. He's missed out on some socialization other dogs get in a home. He can get nervous around new things and will need his new loving family to help him gain the confidence needed to overcome these challenges.

Wags is super smart and takes direction well, if his new family can provide some training and socialization to help him, he will absolutely thrive in his new home. He was let down by his first family so it is so important to make sure his next family is "the one". Wagner enjoys playing with other dogs but does not like to share. Therefore, he needs to be the only dog in his home. Wagner will do best in a house with a fenced in yard. Apt. living will be too stressful on him. Right now this handsome guy is with North Meck Animal rescue but would love to come home to you!
