Luke Combs missed the 2022 CMT Artists of the Year celebration but he missed the fun for a great reason. He was busy helping Dale Earnhardt Jr raise money for the Dale Jr Foundation to help those in need. Combs may not have been in Nashville but he was still celebrated though....
