A live deer in the trunk of the car is probably the last thing police excepted to find during a traffic stop. Police stopped a 19-year-old woman's car for allegedly driving under the influence. To their surprise, there was a live animal in the trunk of the car. The woman hit the deer and assumed it was dead. She and the passenger of the vehicle then put the animal in the trunk. Once police stopped the car, they made sure the deer was placed safely back into the woods.
