Congratulations to Alec & Hilaria Baldwin on the birth of their newborn daughter, Lucia. The announcement of this beautiful baby left many fans shocked and confused. Hilaria just gave birth to baby number five back in September so fans were left wondering where did the surprise baby come from. Well friends.... wonder no more. Sources told E News that baby six was born via a surrogate. Congratulations to the Baldwins! Two babies under one is going to keep you extra busy but still such a big blessing!
