Terrifying video shows the moment a 3-year-old girl became entangled in a kite and lifted high into the sky during the Hsinchu City International Kite Festival. The girl was stuck in the kite as it whipped around in the air for about 30 seconds before bystanders were able to get it back to the ground. Thankfully the young girl was not terribly injured, although shaken and bruised, she did not suffer from any broken bones.
