There is trouble in paradise. The 'Bachelor' and 'Bachelorette' creator Mike Fleiss, has a restraining order filed against him. According to reports, the domestic-violence restraining order was filed by his wife Laura Fleiss. Laura is 10 weeks pregnant with their second child and according to the claims, she was attacked by her husband after he allegedly demanded she get an abortion.
According to PEOPLE, the couple's four year old son Ben was in the house during the altercation but fortunately he was in another room. In documents Laura claimed that her husband said ,‘I am cutting you off financially Monday morning’; ‘You are paying for everything with your money’; ‘Next time I see you, I don’t want to see your stomach’; and ‘You have a choice, you can choose. Have an abortion or go back to Wisconsin, but you are not taking Ben.'”
Laura has been granted a temporary retraining order and legal physical custody of their son until their August 6th court date.
