Well it looks like there will be a lot of new buildings popping up in Charlotte over the next few years. According to a new study from the National Multifamily Housing Council and the National Apartment Association Charlotte will need to build 72,000 apartments by the year 2030. This is a 53% increase over what is available now. This makes our great city the fastest growing apartment markets in the US! I'm pretty excited about this because it means so much for our city and the economy. But it's gonna make traffic that much worse!!! You can read more HERE
