Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates is one of the oldest and largest neurosurgery, established practices in the country. To celebrate us serving the greater Charlotte community, we are hosting our third “Back on Track 5K” walk/run event on Saturday, September 30th, at 8:00am.
The 5K runs through beautiful Myers Park area.
This year, 5K proceeds will benefit the new Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Education & Research Foundation. This foundation was established to further expand the frontiers of brain and spine research.
